Logged-in users

1. Open BandTopia (web or mobile)
2. Profile & Settings → Account tab
3. Click “Delete My Account”

Can’t log in?

Email info@bandtopia.io from the email address on your account with subject “Delete my account.”

Need to delete just some data (not your whole account)?

Email info@bandtopia.io with a description of what you want removed. We’ll confirm before deleting.

What gets deleted

Your profile, band memberships, messages, photos, pay records, calendar entries, contacts, and uploaded documents.

What’s retained

Anonymized financial records required by tax law (no personally identifiable information). Stripe subscription history is held by Stripe per their retention policy.

Timeline

Login is blocked immediately. All personal data is removed within 30 days of the request.
